Desk2Deal is a dealership management platform, and protecting the personal and financial information that flows through it is core to how we operate. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, how long it is retained, and the rights you have over it.
We collect only the information needed to run your dealership — account details, the customer and deal records you enter, and standard technical logs. Customer PII (names, contact details, driver's license, and financial data) is encrypted at rest with per-company keys and encrypted in transit over TLS.
We never sell your data. Information is shared only with the sub-processors required to deliver the service (for example, payment processing and e-signature providers), each bound by a data-processing agreement.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Desk2Deal sell my dealership's or customers' data?
No. We never sell personal information. Data is used only to provide the Desk2Deal service and is shared only with the sub-processors needed to run it, each bound by a data-processing agreement.
How is customer PII protected?
Customer personal and financial data is encrypted at rest with per-company keys and encrypted in transit with TLS. Access is gated by role-based permissions and company-level isolation, so one dealership can never see another's data.
Can I request access to or deletion of my data?
Yes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Some records may be retained where required by law — for example, signed deal documents kept for compliance retention periods.
